For health professionals

Yoga therapy alongside the care you provide

Mindful Yogis offers evidence-informed yoga therapy for people managing ongoing health challenges. It works alongside medical and psychological care, never in place of it, and is delivered entirely online across the Netherlands and Europe.

Who we support

People managing ongoing, lifestyle-related health challenges

  • Burnout and chronic stress
  • Anxiety
  • Low mood
  • Multiple sclerosis and other chronic or neurological conditions
How the work is done

Understand

An intake to understand the person's condition, history, present capacity, and how daily life is affected.

Adapt

A structured, individualised practice drawn from movement, breath, relaxation, attention, and reflection.

Review

Validated check-ins to see what is changing, and adjust the practice accordingly.

Measured outcomes

The work is measured, and the framing is honest

Progress is tracked with validated pre and post assessments, so change is observed rather than assumed. Our research base includes a controlled MSc study on burnout, together with outcome data from the anxiety programme.

We are careful with claims: this is our own programme outcome data and a summary of an MSc thesis, not a peer-reviewed clinical trial. The full outcome report is available to referring clinicians on request.

Working alongside your care

A defined scope, and the patient returned to you

Mindful Yogis works alongside medical and psychological care and does not diagnose or replace treatment. I work within a defined scope, and refer back to you when a case needs it.

For patients on a waiting list, structured yoga therapy can offer meaningful support in the meantime, without interrupting the care they are already receiving.

Refer a patient, or ask a question first
