Reignite is an 8-week, cohort-based online yoga therapy program designed to help you understand the patterns underlying burnout and rebuild the capacity to rest, recover, and eventually re-engage at your own pace. The program provides structure. The pace is yours.

Burnout is not simply tiredness. It is a depletion of the nervous system accumulated over time, often accompanied by a loss of engagement, emotional exhaustion, and a diminished sense of agency. This program works with those underlying patterns directly, through structured therapeutic practice rather than quick fixes or surface-level relaxation.

What is included each week

One 60-minute live guided session each week

Before the first live session, you will complete an intake form and a short baseline self-assessment. During Week 1, I meet with you individually to understand the depth of your depletion and personalise how you approach the practices. A second individual consultation in Week 5 allows me to track what is restoring and adjust your practice accordingly. The program provides structure. The pace is yours.

The Approach

How the programme works

Burnout recovery begins by undoing the habits that created it. The first two weeks of Reignite are not about adding more — they are about learning to do less, better. The nervous system needs restoration before it has the capacity to regulate. Once that foundation is in place, the program moves into understanding the patterns that led to depletion and building the tools to keep it from returning.

  • 01Weeks 1 and 2 — Foundation: establishing a grounded daily routine and understanding burnout as a pattern of accumulated overload — something the nervous system can learn to recover from
  • 02Weeks 3 and 4 — Recognition: exploring the physical and emotional patterns that sustain depletion, and restoring connection with the body and breath
  • 03Weeks 5 and 6 — Regulation: building practices that restore nervous system capacity and begin to shift habitual patterns of chronic activation
  • 04Weeks 7 and 8 — Integration: developing sustainable tools for rest, recovery, and daily self-regulation, and building a practice that continues beyond the program
