Morning Yoga — a Positive Health program

Most mornings begin with a phone. This begins with your body. 30 minutes, three times a week. Enough to change how the rest of the day feels.

Morning Yoga is a donation-based online session running Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 to 7:30am. Short, grounded, and built around the reality of a busy life. Each session shifts your body from still and scattered to grounded and ready, before the day fully begins.

Contribution is donation-based. A suggested donation of 5 to 10 euros per session helps sustain the programme.

Each Session

Short, grounded, and accessible

Each 30-minute session is designed to be a steady anchor at the start of your day. No experience needed. Practices are adaptable to a range of bodies and energy levels.

Grounding and breath awareness to transition into practice
Therapeutic movement for energy, mobility, and focus
Breathwork to support nervous system regulation
A short meditation or closing reflection
A consistent rhythm three times per week
