Calm Within Chaos

Anxiety can gradually become the background rhythm of daily life, shaping how you breathe, how you think, how you rest, and how you respond to the world around you. Calm Within Chaos is an 8-week, cohort-based online yoga therapy program designed to help you understand your anxiety patterns and develop practical tools for steadiness, regulation, and self-trust. By the end of the program, you will have a daily practice you actually use and a clearer sense of how to manage when things get hard.
This is not a quick-fix course. It is a structured therapeutic process that combines body-based practice, breath regulation, reflective inquiry, attention training, and yogic insight, applied in a grounded and accessible way.

EvelyneWhat is included each week
Before the first live session, you will complete an intake form and a short baseline self-assessment. During Week 1, I meet with you individually to understand your specific anxiety patterns and personalise how you approach the practices. A second individual consultation in Week 5 allows me to review what is shifting and refine your practice for the remaining weeks. The structure is shared. Your practice is built around you.
How the programme works
Across eight weeks, anxiety is explored not as a flaw or weakness, but as a pattern of imbalance across body, breath, mind, behaviour, and perception. The program begins with grounding and routine, then gradually moves into understanding, regulation, and integration.
- 01Weeks 1 and 2 — Foundation: establishing a grounded daily routine and understanding anxiety as a pattern across body, breath, and mind — one that can be worked with, not just endured
- 02Weeks 3 and 4 — Understanding: exploring how breath patterns sustain or dissolve anxious states, and reconnecting with the felt sense of the body
- 03Weeks 5 and 6 — Regulation: working with repetitive thought patterns, training attention, and building practical tools for steadiness in daily life
- 04Weeks 7 and 8 — Integration: building a repeatable home practice and creating a forward plan that continues well beyond the group setting
This programme is for you if
- You experience regular anxiety, overwhelm, restlessness, or mental overactivity
- You want structured, body-based tools rather than abstract advice
- You are willing to practise consistently for eight weeks

The aim is not to remove all difficulty. It is to build your capacity to face it steadily, without being overwhelmed by it.
