MS community work
Connected to what remains possible
Our MS community is a space of support, learning, and shared experience for people living with Multiple Sclerosis. Now 90 members strong, we come together through regular sessions and carefully created resources to explore themes deeply relevant to the MS journey: movement, relaxation, anxiety, fatigue, healing, and the challenges of everyday life.
This work is rooted in yoga therapy and shaped by the understanding that living with MS affects the physical, mental, and emotional layers of life. Our intention is to offer not only practices and tools, but also a sense of connection, encouragement, and hope.
We want people to feel less alone in this process, more supported in their daily reality, and more connected to what remains possible.
